Will my staff actually use it?
We have made YardHub intuitive and easy to use - It is designed for busy yards. Training support is available if required, don't worry, we've got you!
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. YardHub runs in any browser and installs to your phone's home screen.
What about offline access? Our wifi coverage on the yard isn't that great.
No problem! YardHub is able to perform basic tasks offline, ensuring you can continue using the app even when connectivity is limited.
Can horse owners see their horse's records?
Yes, if you choose to allow it. Role-based permissions let you give owners a window into their own horse's care - feeds, visits, tasks completed - while keeping yard operations and other clients' information private.
What data will my care team have access to?
Your care team will only have access to all relevant information about each horse in their care, including medical history, feeding schedules, and daily tasks. Access is controlled through role-based permissions to ensure that sensitive information is only visible to authorized users.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up continuously, and never shared or sold. You can export your records at any time - your data always belongs to you.
